Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping fees.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns should be sent to the following address: Haderslevvej 52 st. 6000 Kolding, Denmark. You can also initiate a return through your account on our website.

Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and rectify it.

Exchanges The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
